We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Earnee on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.
You agree to use Earnee lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to use it to restrict another person's device without their consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earnee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed notifications, lost data, or apps being blocked or unblocked at an inconvenient time. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
The Earnee name, logo, design and app content are owned by us and protected by applicable law.
You may stop using Earnee at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without affecting consumer protections in your country of residence.
